	Dr. 
Guoyou Huang got his B.S. in physics in 2008 and Ph.D. in mechanics in 2013 from 
Xi’an Jiaotong University. He 
worked as a visiting post-doctor in Washington University School of Medicine in 
St. Louis (U.S.A.) from February 2013 to February 2014. He joined 
in the School of Life Science &Technology and BEBC of Xi’an Jiaotong 
University from 2013 till 
now.
 
	Dr. Guoyou 
Huang’s main research interests are focused on microtissue engineering and live 
cell Raman spectroscopy. He has many years’ experience on fabricating in vitro microtissue models, engineering of cell 
microenvironments and Raman spectroscopic study of living cells. He has 
published more than 10 papers on high impact journals, including Advanced Functional Materials、Biotechnology Advances、Soft Matter、 Lab on a Chip、Biotechnology & Bioengineering and Biofabrication. He has also been funded with 3 
invention patents.
	Research interests: Microtissue engineering, live cell Raman 
spectroscopy
